Include the following in your package:

- Customer Name
- Contact Name, Phone Number with Extension and Email Address
- Shipping Address & Billing Address
- Purchase Order Number (if required by your accounting department) or a signed letter   authorizing repairs or calibration.
- No return authorization number is required from B & L Engineering

Prior Notice: If the exact repair charge is desired before a purchase order is given, please instruct us to call you. Please include a phone number and contact name so that we can ask for repair authorization.

Shipping Information: Normally, we will return ship the repaired Pinch Gauge by UPS Ground. If you would like it returned another way please indicate it on paperwork.

On average a Pinch Gauge is in our shop for repair 1 to 2 days before being shipped back to the customer.

Warranty: 1 year warranty covering parts and labor for manufacturer defects
