Condition
Unless specified as used (pre-owned), all products sold are new.  A LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY on parts and labor is provided with each new and repaired Pinch Gauge.  The warranty covers any defect in the manufacture or repair workmanship by B & L Engineering.

Dealer Pricing
Dealer pricing is available to qualified resellers.  You can download our Dealer Credit Application Form, fill it out, sign it and fax it to (714) 505-9493.  Please allow 1-2 business days to establish your account.

Payment Methods

Net 30 Days

B&L Engineering extends Net 30 Days on approved credit for U.S. customers. International customers with an established purchase history may also qualify. Please contact B&L Engineering for details.  A signed hardcopy or faxed purchase order is required for both domestic and international orders.

Credit Cards

B&L Engineering accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Order products online using the shopping cart feature or fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it to (714) 505-9493.  Credit card orders are charged when your order is processed for shipping.

Bank Wire Transfer

B&L Engineering accepts bank wire transfers for international customers. Bank details are provided with acceptance of pro forma invoice.  Please note a $20.00 service charge will be added to your total to cover transfer fees.  All orders are processed when your transfer has been confirmed.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery on all shipments both domestic and international shall be FOB origin.  Title and risk of loss shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the products by B&L Engineering to the carrier. Reasonable handling fees may be added to any shipment to cover materials.

Domestic Shipments

B&L Engineering usually ships domestic orders via UPS Ground prepay and add. This means we pay the freight charges and add them to your invoice.  If requested by the customer, B&L Engineering will ship according to the terms indicated by the customer online or in the purchase order.

International Shipments

B&L Engineering ships all international orders the best-way depending on the weight and size. Prior quotation will be provided via pro forma invoice to any destination.  For convenience, B&L Engineering recommends the customer use their preferred carrier and have all charges billed to their account.  The customer shall be liable for all import duties, taxes and any other expenses incurred or licenses or clearance required at port of entry and destination.

Warranty

All new products purchased will be covered by the manufacturer warranty as specified in the quotation.  Contact B&L Engineering customer service for more information on manufacturer warranty period and coverage for all new products.  All used (pre-owned) products purchased will be covered by B&L Engineering limited 90 day warranty unless specified otherwise in the quotation. Extended warranties are available.

Returns
All returns require prior authorization from a B&L Engineering customer service representative. All non-defective returns of new products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned within 5 days of delivery date at the buyer’s expense.  New products returned within 30 days from delivery date will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  For more information on returns please visit our customer service page.
