A Certificate of Calibration will be returned with your gauge.   The Method of Dynamometer Calibration is defined by Elaine Ewing Fess, MS, OTR, CHT, FAOTA.  A hand dynamometer is deemed accurate when the correlation coefficient is .9994 or higher and the mean difference is 1.5 lbs or less based on 12 different weights at all five handle positions. 

Include the following in your package (Repair and Calibration Form):

- Customer Name
- Contact Name and Phone Number
- Shipping Address & Billing Address
- Purchase Order Number or a signed letter authorizing repairs or calibration.
- No return authorization number is needed
