- Choice of wide or narrow electrode pad spacing with separate ground reference electrode and wide pad spacing with an integrated ground pad

- Choice of connector
- Standard = 5-pin LEMO as shown above (Electrode Wiring Diagram)
- Other Connector = your preferred connector and wiring diagram
- No Connector = leads are stripped, tinned, and labeled
